1. General Refund Policy
1.1. Digital Products: Due to the immediate delivery of our digital products, such as Expert Advisors (EAs) and proprietary trading services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the nature of these products makes them non-returnable.
1.2. Guaranteed Pass Services: Refunds for our Guaranteed Pass services are only applicable in cases where we fail to pass the challenge as outlined in our signed agreement. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including changes in customer circumstances or prop firm rule modifications.
1.3. Premium Pass Services: Refunds are not applicable for Premium Pass services. Customers acknowledge the risk of failure associated with trading challenges and agree to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Conditions for Guaranteed Passes
2.1. If Limitless Capital fails to pass your funded challenge, we will provide a refund of the service fee paid to us and may, at our discretion, cover the cost of a replacement challenge as outlined in our contractual agreement.
2.2. Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

The customer violates the prop firm’s rules after passing.

The customer withdraws from the agreement after trading has commenced.

The customer fails to adhere to the terms specified in our agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

Dissatisfaction with market performance or trading results.

Customer decides not to use the purchased product/service after delivery.

Failure to meet expectations that deviate from the agreed terms or documented policies.

Prop firm rule changes after the challenge begins.

4. Refund Request Process
4.1. If you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Verification: We will review your request and verify your eligibility within 7 business days.

Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
4.2. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or as specified in your agreement.

5. Chargeback Disputes
We take chargebacks seriously. Customers are required to contact us before initiating a chargeback to resolve disputes amicably. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in legal action to recover damages.
